Data Collection

OBD BLE Debug does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The application operates entirely on your device.

• No user accounts or registration required
• No analytics or tracking services
• No advertising frameworks
• No data sent to external servers

Bluetooth Usage

The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) solely to discover and communicate with nearby OBD-II adapters. Bluetooth access is requested through the standard iOS permission system.

• BLE is used only for local device-to-device communication
• No Bluetooth data is recorded, stored, or transmitted beyond the app session
• You can revoke Bluetooth permission at any time in iOS Settings

On-Device Data

The only data persisted on your device is your acceptance of the in-app disclaimer. This is stored locally using standard iOS preferences and is never transmitted.

• Communication logs are kept in memory only and cleared when the app closes
• No files are written to your device storage
• No data is cached between sessions

Third-Party Services

OBD BLE Debug does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect data. There is no connection to any remote server.

Children's Privacy

This application does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age.
